Summer salutations my dear friends,
As many of you know, I will be departing to teach in Taipei for a month. I am so excited and blessed to go forth and deepen my own practice as a teacher, and it is going to be such a treat to return and share with all of you this fall. I just returned from the Telluride Yoga Festival, where I was able to nourish my own roots in the presence and under the loving tutelage of my most treasured teacher, Mark Whitwell. I feel full, whole, and free--exactly what I wish for each of you in the coming days!

Before I depart overseas, however, we are offering one spontaneous house class, our first Haddock House Yoga! $10 (or whatever you care to offer), for a sublime and juicy class to steep in and go deep in. I am giving special emphasis to developing and committing to a true personal practice--an actual practice of your yoga. We will be integrating the 5 (life-changing) principles of asana set forth by our teachers' teachers' teacher, Sri. Krishnamacharya, as taught to me by his student, Mark Whitwell.

There are many wonderful things ahead this fall, including podcasts (so you can practice with me anytime, anywhere), a retreat to beautiful Puerto Rico, the annual Women's Autumn Retreat in CO, day-long TreeTribe Sessions and Women of the Woods workshops (in nearby Green Mountain Falls!), and classes at some my beautiful friends' studio spaces here and in Denver.
Everything will be updated on the website in the coming weeks, and please look for a detailed newsletter very soon.
