To restore is to return to the original state, to re-member the Self as perfect, whole, and blissful. When we go back to the source, we are reminded of our true nature. Celebrate sacred community, and immerse yourself in the autumnal beauty of the Colorado mountains.
This 3-night retreat will coincide with the symbolic thinning of the veils, which culminates on Hallow’s Eve. In honor of this auspicious time of year, we will explore yoga practices as methods to reveal hidden realms within us and around us. Autumn is a season of letting go and recognizing the abundance of what we truly have. When we let go of the ghosts that haunt us through habit, judgment, and rigidity, we pierce the veil that cloaks our divinity.
We will celebrate transformation through asana, meditation, kirtan (chant), discussion, bhakti (devotion), sacred ritual, and celebrations of food--feasts for the devas, divine beings of light. Savor stillness, self-acceptance, clarity, profound healing, and delicious restoration. Our weekend will include basking in the healing waters of the nearby hot springs, on-site massages and sauna, and sumptuous cuisine.
Restore, reflect, remember, and relish...journey inward and rediscover your light.
No experience is required. You need only a sense of adventure and a desire to discover something new as you let go of something old.
