Flow to Yoga Nidra
This is a slow, supportive class designed to gently unwind the body and settle the nervous system. This integrated practice begins with a brief period of gentle movement to ease tension and prepare the body for stillness. Then we’ll transition into grounding yin postures, with calming breathwork and moments of meditation woven throughout. The class concludes with guided yoga nidra, offering deep rest and nervous system restoration. Suitable for all levels, especially those seeking relaxation, regulation, and renewal.
