Power Vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of flow yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. Through gracefully linking one posture to the next, we experience a moving meditation and a graceful dance between ease and effort. This is an all-levels practice which means yogis of varying abilities are welcome to join in the practice and flow and move together. Students are encouraged to both challenge and honor their bodies. Props, such as blocks and straps, are incorporated into the practice.
