Weekly Wind Down and Restore
Weekly Wind Down is a restorative class, and the perfect opportunity to unwind at the end of the week. The practice begins with slow, regulating, joint-freeing movements synchronized with the breath to nourish the body and encourage the nervous system to settle in to rest and digest. A guided meditation or yoga nidra will be offered at the end of class allowing for a moment of deep calming rest. This class will be mostly seated and lying down, making it suitable for all levels, especially those seeking restoration and regulation.
