Curious to try yoga but feel a little intimidated? Have you been taking some yoga classes, but still aren’t quite sure you are doing the poses right? Check out this 3 part workshop series just for beginners! We’ll break down common yoga poses so you understand exactly what you are supposed to be doing and WHY. Plus understand the structure of most flow-style yoga classes, learn what many common cues actually mean, and what to do with all those blocks, straps, and other props lurking in the corner of the yoga room. Gain confidence to try out any yoga class in a light-hearted and supportive environment.
Wednesdays, Feb. 1, 8, 15 from 7:30-8:30. $35 for all three classes, or $15 per class.
