These aggravated muscles lead to tightness and reduced flexibility in the shoulders, hunched back, neck pain, headaches, sinus pressure, teeth grinding, and TMJ. In this workshop, learn how to:
- Create stability, strength, flexibility, and ease through the shoulders
- Relax the Neck
- Soften the Jaw and Facial muscles
- Observe and Identify Habitual Holding Patterns
This workshop will include discussion and Asana. Appropriate for all levels.
