We are over the moon thrilled to welcome Manorama back to Root. One of Jessica’s most influential teachers and inspirations, Manorama has a presence that is itself a teaching. Gods & Goddesses (level 1)
In this unique workshop, Manorama offers students a way to view the mystery of the Hindu Gods and Goddesses from a yogic perspective. She illuminates the meaning of their iconography and how they are so relevant for the modern day yogi. Manorama shares stories and mythology of select Gods & Goddesses, and guides participants in chanting mantras that invoke cosmic energy.

Luminous Soul: Immerse in Nada Yoga: Part 1
Immerse in the subject of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sacred sound and vibration. Discover what nada is, how it is connected with OM, and how to begin working with this vast yogic subject. Join Manorama and study the mystical sound that resides within you. Learn the value of Nada Yoga in your life. This course includes chanting, a guided Luminous Soul Meditation and question and answer period, as well as Luminous Soul take-home exercises to evolve your practice.
