Classes are grouped according to one of the 4 elements.

Air

Air is where we drop in, restore, and surrender: Air is the medium of the heart, where we bridge the practices.

Water

Water moves, too, but these are more calming, meditative, inward-moving classes.

Fire

Fire is energizing, rigorous, intense and activating. Best for those who have some basics down.

Earth

Earth classes build solid foundations--alignment, precision, structure, to ground beginners and longtime yogis alike.

Conscious spiritual practice in sacred community.

Root Center offers Yoga as complete Sadhana, Yoga Therapy, Nutrition Therapy, Pre-Natal and Post-Natal, and spiritual support.
