Kira Rose Harrison is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has over 600 hours of training in Therapeutic Yoga. She is currently completing graduate work in the mental health field with a focus on mental healthcare integration (coordinating the integration of mental health resources into organizations, communities, wellness programs, and other healing modalities).
Kira offers a simple and gentle approach to the practice of hatha yoga. Through her offering, she focuses on supporting students to practice in a way that safely builds mobility and strength, supports joint stability, creates space for the body and nervous system to consistently release pent up nervous energy or excess stress, and guides skillfully towards deep rest. Kira’s group classes include a combination of gentle hatha yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama, guided relaxation, mudras, and chanting/mantra practice.Studio Calendar
