Dharma Kids
Dharma Kids introduces youth to mindfulness in a fun and active way. We practice engaging breathing techniques and creative movement exercises to release pent up energy, calm the body, and focus the mind. Using games, art, and stories, we encourage self-regulation and explore the mind-body connection. Quiet moments are interspersed throughout the class, creating multiple opportunities to notice what is going on inside the body and the mind – and to recognize how external factors impact internal reactions.
