Iyengar All Levels

This class offers individualized instruction to students at all levels. While most classes consist of students who have been studying yoga for at least one year, modifications are given to those students who may be struggling or who may have particular physical issues needing extra support and guidance. We practice all varieties of asanas, including standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions on a regular schedule. This class is challenging without being intimidating!
