Restore and Vibe

This class offers a practice that invites the practitioner to experience conscious relaxation in the whole being, mind, body, and soul. During the sessions, the practitioner goes through basic relaxation postures of restorative yoga and is guided to use props to help fully and kindly support the body in each posture, elicit deep rest, and experience simply being.  Guided meditation, pranayama, chanting, and sound vibrations are integrated beautifully with asana to create a practice that is loving, relaxing, and empowering.
