I found yoga at 16, and it’s been a steady, evolving companion in my life ever since. My life has taken many twists and turns, and I’ve been fascinated by how yoga has shown up differently at each stage. One theme has remained true throughout my journey — yoga can heal and support us, both on and off the mat. My teaching centers on healing at all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and (for some students) spiritual. I aim to offer classes that help you feel better in your body while gently strengthening and refining your practice. To do this, I draw on elements of traditional yoga philosophy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the meridian system, and Western concepts such as fascia and neurofeedback. Above all, I want your mat to feel like a safe place—somewhere you can show up exactly as you are. No matter your body, your mood, or how long it’s been since you last practiced, your mat is always there to support you.

“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.” ~Aadil Palkhivala, Fire of Love
