Full Body Exhale – Breathwork Healing Group with Mackensey Smith

Join us for a powerful healing group designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and centered in your heart through the power of your breath.

Our bodies hold so much. In Western culture, the knowledge of the mind is often valued over the wisdom of the body, to the detriment of our health and wellbeing. Thus, true healing starts and ends with the somatic connection to your vessel.

In this healing class, the breath works to bridge this gap from head to heart, awakening your nervous system and facilitating somatic, emotional, and spiritual release. Aligned with the potent energy of the group’s unique intention, we will harness this natural cycle to support intentional release—shedding what no longer serves.

This class invites you to experience a “full body exhale.” The type of easeful release that comes when you are fully inhabited in your body and clear enough to drop all the weight you are carrying.

**The method of breathwork used is an activating, 2-part active form of pranayama as taught by David Elliott. Sound, essential oils, energy healing and sacred circle work are all tools incorporated into this unique healing class. No experience necessary!
