A Sacred Exhale Sound Bath Journey
An Invitation to The Sacred Exhale: A Cosmic Invitation to Surrender
With special guest , Karole Campbell and a “Letting Go” ritual ceremony.
Dear Sacred Community,
There is a quiet window just before the moon goes dark, where the universe has finished its release and is resting in the stillness of the empty breath. On March 7th, we enter this final stage of the Sacred Exhale—the most powerful time to stop striving, stop pushing, and finally let the earth carry your weight.
We invite you to join us at Root Yoga for a sound bath experience designed to help you surrender into this deep lunar quiet and “un-hold” the world for a while.
A Special Guest Joining Our Circle
I am so deeply honored to share that we will have a special guest bringing her beautiful gifts to our container: Karole Campbell, a certified Yoga Teacher from the Root Yoga teaching community. Karole will be guiding our transition into and out of this sacred journey with gentle movement, intentional stretching, and grounding breath work, preparing your heart to receive the medicine of sound.
The Ritual of Release
As the moon nears the end of its cycle, it is the natural time to empty our own vessels. During our journey, you will be invited to write down anything—a habit, a worry, or a heavy emotion—that you are ready to leave behind.
You will then place your paper into our Mother Earth Crystal Frequency Bowl. As the bowl resonates, its deep, grounding vibrations will act as a vessel, allowing the energy of Mother Earth to take your burdens from you, transforming that weight into peace.
A Gift to Carry Home
To help you maintain this state of grounding, each participant will receive a hand-selected Smoky Quartz crystal. Known for its powerful ability to anchor energy and neutralize stress, this stone will serve as a physical reminder of your “Sacred Exhale” and your commitment to trusting the flow of your life even in the stillness.
What to bring: Please bring your “nest”—pillows, blankets, or anything that makes you feel safe and completely supported. Mats, bolsters and blankets are always available at Root for your convenience.
Come as you are. No effort is required; only your presence and the softest part of your breath. We are so looking forward to holding this space with you.
With love and resonance,
Kristen Harper & Karole Campbell
REMINDER TIPS:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a small pillow to keep you comfortable.
