Transport to Donegal with touring stops along the way on the 19th, when you arrive at Sandhill House.

Retreat investment includes:

June 18 to 24, 2024

• 6 nights
• 6/18 Arrival/first night in Dublin, including breakfast morning of 6/19
• All transportation to and from Sandhill House
• 4 nights at Sandhill House
• All chef-prepared meals at Sandhill House including a packed lunch on 6/23
• Twice Daily practices with Jessica, themed and designed to deepen our inquiry into the magic of the solstice
• Forest Bathing
• Atlantic Ocean Cold Plunge

• Kayak adventure including transportation
• Hike in Glenveagh National Park including transportation.
• 6/23 Guided walk with local guide at Giant’s Causeway and hike on Giant Causeway’s coastal trail and transportation back to Dublin
• Final night in Dublin the 23rd  (including breakfast on 6/24)
