Please register for each session individually.  Attendance at all five sessions is not required to fully benefit from the series.  Registration is required and you may sign up for any or all of the classes on our class schedule.  Each session is $20. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class as the doors will be locked at 5 o’clock sharp.

Theme: Scarcity shows up as “not enough”-time, money, support, love. This session rewires your relationship with worthiness and receptivity through transforming scarcity into abundance.  It is a journey that involves shifting our mindset, challenging limiting beliefs,a nd embracing the flow of life. By reclaiming trust in ourselves and the universe, we can cultivate a deeper sense of worthiness and receptivity, ultimately leading to amore fulfilling and abundant life.  This session can serve as a powerful catalyst for personal transformation, helping to recognize our inherent worth and abundance.

Focus: Heart and sacral chakra activation, flow, receptivity.

Sound Healing Energy: Heart and sacral chakra, flowing water sounds, harmonious layering of sounds to restroe balance and connect with higher consciousness.

Support Practice: Meditation; “The Path Ahead.”  How to clear our paths, overcome obstacles and step into our gifts.  Preparing to receive abundance from an overflowing cup.
