Experience the power of sound to calm your system, shift your story, and reclaim your vision.

Please register for each session individually.  Attendance at all five sessions is not required to fully benefit from the series.  Registration is required and you may sign up for any or all of the classes on our class schedule.  Each session is $20. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class as the doors will be locked at 5 o’clock sharp.

Theme: Chronic stress, caretaking, depression, and anxiety are just a few of the ways we can disconnect from our body, which can even cause us to “float” outside of ourselves. This sound healing experience provides a safe, nurturing space to help guide you back into presence and grounding embodiment. Taking a gentle refuge within oneself allows a focus on cultivating inner strength, compassion, and trust in one’s intuition and capabilities.

Focus: Body-mind presence, root chakra safety, mindfulness, gentle invitation for sensing the body somatically. Listening to our inner truth.

Sound Healing Energy: Soft, deep frequency singing bowls, frame drum, rhythmic vibrations, rain sticks, sounds of nature, hand-held crystal heart chakra bowl.

Support Practices: Gentle somatic grounding, connecting with nature, coming home to the heart through nurturing.
