Experience the power of sound to calm your system, shift your story, and reclaim your vision.

Please register for each session individually.  Attendance at all five sessions is not required to fully benefit from the series.  Registration is required and you may sign up for any or all of the classes on our class schedule.  Each session is $20. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class as the doors will be locked at 5 o’clock sharp.

 

Theme:

Focuses on the profound impact that life-altering events can have on our identities and emotional well-being.  These experiences can leave us feeling lost, disconnected, and overwhelmed, but they also present an opportunity for profound transformation and healing.  By focusing on emotional healing, redefining your narrative, and feeling empowered, you can begin to rewrite your story. The integration of sound healing, guided meditation, and affirmations creates a supportive environment for transformation, helping you to release old thought patterns and embrace new possibilities.  Remember, healing is a journey, and with each step, you are reclaiming your power and shaping your future.

Focus: Emotional healing, reinventing our narrative, empowerment.

Sound Healing Energy: Crystal bowls, binaural tones, and flute background sounds for emotional resonance.

Support Practice: Guided meditation to envision a future filled with joy, health and self-discovery.
